Ingredients:

800g Egyptian sausage

2 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon mastic powder

1 red chili pepper

1 red chili pepper

Salt and fresh ground pepper

1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses

Fresh thyme leaves

3 garlic cloves

Directions:

    Using a food processor blend together the garlic, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, chilli pepper, thyme, cumin and mastic powder. Season with salt and ground pepper.

    In a large bowl mix sausages with all ingredients of marinade mixture and combine well for 30 minutes in a covered container in the refrigerator.

    In the roasting tray place your sausages. Grill in the oven for 5 – 8 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through, Serve with tahini Salad and pickled cucumber.
